How did you begin your day today? Often times we wake up and pick up our devices, look at our “to do” list, worry about what is about to happen in the near future and how much we can accomplish and control. Did you know that you can make a choice to begin your day differently so that you can be kind to yourself and your nervous system and begin your day in a more calm and positive manner? What I have found is that when I begin my day with meditation or a walk in nature, I have more energy, focus, enthusiasm and my day flows more smoothly.
