There is nothing like physical face to face connection. The feel of a genuine laugh or the satisfaction of sharing ideas in person is so valuable. Meditating with a group also helps to develop a habit and continue the motivation to practice. The group sessions give insight into the basics of mindfulness, how to develop a mindfulness meditation practice, and how mindfulness can be applied in daily life. It is also appropriate for experienced practitioners who wish to revitalize their practice.
Each class will have a topic, group feedback and discussion, and a meditation led by Silvi.
